Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship from Northern Ireland (UK) to:

  • United Kingdom (Mainland & NI)
  • European Union (EU)

Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days (dependent on customs and local carrier delays)

Shipping Carriers

Your order may be delivered by one or more of the following carriers:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri
  • Yodel

Shipping Costs

We currently do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and delivery method.

Tracking Information

If tracking is included with your shipping option, your tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)

EU orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@theselittlehives.co.uk with your order number. We will assist by contacting the courier on your behalf.
